Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Black Lion (Black Lion Distribution LLC) ("Black Lion", "we") collects through this website and how we use it. This site is for businesses (brands, retailers and distribution partners). We don't sell products to the public through this site.

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, company, email, phone (optional), whether you are a retailer, brand, distributor or other, your state or market, and your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to manage our business relationship with you.

Cookies and lead-source tracking

We use two first-party cookies, bl_first_touch and bl_last_touch, with a copy in your browser's local storage. They record how you first and most recently found our site: campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign, and ad click IDs), the website that referred you, and the first page you visited. They expire after 90 days and contain no personal information on their own. If you submit the contact form, these values are sent with your message so we know which marketing is working.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers that help us run our business (for example website hosting, email and CRM tools), only so they can provide those services to us, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've sent us by contacting blackliondistributors@gmail.com.
